NACHRCOI is conceptualize visionaries ideas of Md. Safdar Mustafa, he is holding Bachelor of Engineering (E&C) and Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Information Technology and honor Doctoratedegree from Brazil Federation in World Peace, now he is planning to pursue Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the esteemed university in abroad.

He is holding almost 9 years of IT career in the field of consulting the project management in Police Department and involve in similar domain in all across India and abroad, to serve the society he has resigned from his post and now completely devoted to Human being and working hard with a motive to reduce the crime graph in India and world peace.

It is an unique initiative by a young Chairman to encouraging and preparing the youth of the India to became responsible citizens, effective and efficient personnel while getting trained on the below mentioned objectives and provide the ambience creativity and few ideas flourish by imparting blended with excellence.

The main objectives mandates and focus on teaching and research in the field of Police, Social Sciences, Criminal Justice, Public safety and security and other related areas.

He always assure and promises to bring best gems faculty and expertise in the relevant discipline from across the India to gain the knowledge and insight relevant for the professional goals, opportunities and environments to the human being.
